Where we ship
We ship to destinations supported at checkout, including the United States. Available delivery services and charges are shown before payment.

Shipping cost
Shipping charges vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location. Printful products use their applicable shipping rates. An order with items from different fulfillment locations may ship separately and have multiple shipping charges. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery
Print-on-demand products are made after you order. Production time is additional to shipping time. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, and delivery service and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch.

Changes and cancellation
Email productbench@the-review-group.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. If production or fulfillment has not begun, you may cancel for a full refund. Once production or fulfillment has begun, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing any damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items. We will replace the affected item or refund you in full, your choice. If tracking shows no delivery 15 business days after dispatch, contact us for help, a replacement, or a full refund. If tracking says delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of that scan so we can investigate.
