Refund policy

Return window and condition

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included. Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned as unused; defective items remain eligible for assistance.

Start a return

Email productbench@the-review-group.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address after approving your request. Do not send a return to the address on the original shipping label.

Return shipping
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we pay return shipping, or tell you to keep the item and provide a refund or replacement.
Change of mind: you pay return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Your refund includes the returned item's price and any original standard shipping charge. Return postage you paid for a change-of-mind return is not reimbursed.

Exchanges

We can exchange an eligible item for a different color or style of the same item, subject to availability. If the replacement is out of stock, we provide a refund instead.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. We will replace the item or refund you in full, your choice.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no delivery 15 business days after dispatch, contact us for a replacement or full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will open a carrier trace and work with you to resolve it.

Exclusions

Gift cards and items marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We currently sell no final-sale items. These exclusions do not remove assistance for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
